Jesus people. Everyone is so quick to judge and nay say. HHG isn't claiming that he's seeing NATIVE 240 hz gaming. I'm sure he knows that if a game is made to run natively at 60 hz, that's all you're going to natively get. He's saying that on a 240 hz hdtv, the post processing with MotionFlow turned on makes most games look better. That's not impossible.
I tend to agree. I've often theorized to myself that the only reason GG refuses to change the heavy weighty feeling of KillZone is because they simply can't without sacrificing visual quality. If the characters moved as fast as other FPS's, it would probably be unplayable.
PS- I hate the 360. PS3 only, baby. So you can't say I'm biased.
I was a fan of KZ2. I played the MP immensely and have done just about all there is to do in it. Including placing in the top 3%.
But I will be renting KZ3 before buying it. I was not a fan of the weighty movement. To those who are saying "it's more realistic", I don't want realistic. I'm not really fighting a damn war against glowing eyed Helgast. I don't want to feel as if my character is running in molasses or that I'm so weighted down by body...
Why would anyone want this new windows phone? According to gizmodo.com, it's UI is so basic that it doesn't even have custom ringtones.

Is it just me or was he "jumping" around the stage? Seriously, it looked like there were frames upon frames missing.
Well, he IS a Saints fan.
Do you always LOL after something makes you very hard?
I call BS. It's commonly known that Oblivion runs and looks better on the PS3. They had over an extra year's worth development time on it. This is not something someone can just make up. It's well documented in just about every Oblivion review on the internet.
So, in your opinion a "real gaming journalist" talks and snickers annoyingly through developers presentations? Riiiight.
"IronStarMovement itself doesn't deserve much blame, but it's interesting that they didn't hire more mature people to represent their site at PAX 2010."
EDIT: ISM, ultimately, is the one to blame. They are the one's who posted the video for everyone to see how immature the employees in the video are.
Just goes to show you that any moron with a camera, website and an opinion can be a video game "journalist" nowadays. Very sad.
This video was very unprofessional and immature. Like others have stated, they conducted themselves like teens in a movie theater. I would have turned around and told them to stfu. This definitely didn't help ISM's credibility.

Ummm, yes they did make a perk to protect against the Predator Missile. Cold-Blooded. If you had that equipped, chances of being seen and hit go way down.
So what? The chick from "Dumb and Dumber" was from Austria not Australia, making Lloyd Christmas' comment even more funny. Which is exactly what the user above did.
Of course I played KZ2. And that patch was useless. It barely changed the lag. There's a reason why KZ2 didn't sell as well as Modern Warfare. And there's a reason why more people aren't still playing KZ2 online. And that reason is it doesn't control more like MW. It's not as easy to pick up and play. And quite frankly, that makes it not as much fun for the majority of people. That's not saying KZ2 wasn't fun. it was. It's just harder to pick up and play fo...
Excerpt from article:
"Shortly after dropping into the first match I asked Connor about Killzone 3's still-noticeable float, a barely perceptible drift in the movement of the gun while aiming and firing.
After Killzone 2 was released the developer came under fire over the issue, with some players complaining about the design decision.
Connor said that some of the issue with that control delay was technical, but that the team figured ...
They LOVE doing this as soon as you call in a harrier, pave low or chopper gunner. By the time the internet signal comes back on, your killstreak is almost over.
"Waaaah waaaaah I'm a big ole wussy" is how this article reads. Look I'm a dad gamer as well and I understand how Heavy Rain can hit too close to home. But I think that adds to the experience. Because I now have a kid, I can better relate to the roller coaster of emotions that the main character goes through when dealing with the impending death of his son than if I didn't have one myself. I think you're going a little overboard by letting this stop you from playing ...
Bobby Kotick has been saying that he wants to do this in recent interviews. So, it isn't just Pachter spouting off rumors.
You and your "story" are so full of shit.
